Hey everyone! Time for a quick update on where we're at during these hard times.
We've been working hard to make sure that everything goes as smoothly as possible, whilst keeping our health, and your health our top priority.
We've been taking into account all government guidance and advice, and below is a list of all the changes we've made so far that could affect you, the customer.
For now do not worry, online orders are still available and are being shipped.
Customer services are still working, and anyone that can work from home now does. They have access to all their emails, and some staff are available via phone, so if you need to get in touch do not hesitate to do so.
Please understand that it's a busy time for customer services, so if you can try to email instead of using the phone that would be preferred. We have ensured that all of our customer services staff have access to their emails.
As a reminder, our temporary phone line opening times are: Monday - Friday, 9am - 12pm, 1pm - 5pm.

To protect the health of our staff we're going to be quarantining all incoming parcels for a period of 2-3 days before our staff will open them. This will take effect from when we receive the parcel.

At our warehouses any staff we have that can work from home are doing so, and the departments are split into shifts so that no group of people come into contact with each other, with time in between for a good clean down.
As standard, we've been taking into account social distancing, with everyone bringing in their own food and cutlery, and only having one member of staff in at a time to our canteen.
Our staff already had access to hand soap, hand sanitiser, and hand dryers, so they're keeping up the same standard of hygiene they already do!
Media and the shop staff are all working from home, and have been doing so since before the lock down.
We really want to keep Patrol Base here for you, so please bear with us during this ever-changing situation. We will keep you updated where we can, and do our best to minimise any delays. We're doing everything we can to make sure your deliveries get to you as quickly and safely as possible. We'll be following all government guidelines and respond to them for the benefit of you, and the PB community.

How long are deliveries taking at the moment?
Delivery are working fine at their usual rates, whatever you get a the basket will be the speed it will be delivered. Hope this helps ๐

Hey Curtis! I’ll give customer services a bell and have them contact you. We get such a large volume of emails they can sometimes get missed! Hope this helps ๐
