You are still free to return items to us, however please note that as of 23.03.20 all items are being quarantined for a minimum of 9 days before our staff will open them.
In addition we will honour the 14 day returns time-frame once the lock-down is lifted, as long as the product is in perfect condition, with all packaging and items included. This is to allow time to get the products back to us.
For example, if the lockdown was lifted on the 1/5/2020, then you would have until the 14/5/2020 to return the products to us.
Any extra time will be added on top of the standard returns processing time, and is to protect our staff from infection. Thank you for understanding.
Currently due to changes put in place by our courier services we cannot currently offer a pre-paid label / collection service.
We advise that if you cannot return the parcel to us you should wait until the lock down has ended and couriers service return to normal.
If you decide to send any parcel back to us without confirmation from us we cannot cover the postage costs of the returns.
